Welcome to VoicifAI Productivity Platform (the "Service"), a SaaS mobile application owned and operated by VoicifAI ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, registering for, or using our Service, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

VoicifAI Organizer/Shopping is a mobile productivity platform that enables users to create, manage, share, and delegate various types of lists (including but not limited to Shopping Lists, ToDo Lists, Check Lists, Plans, Reminders, and Goals). The Service provides features to process tasks, track progress, review historical data, and utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) functionalities to enhance personal and collaborative productivity.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account.

• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notification: You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. User Content and Collaboration

The Service allows you to create, input, submit, and share data, text, and other materials ("User Content").

• Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.
• License Granted to Us: By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service.
• Sharing and Delegation: When you share lists or delegate tasks to other users, you grant them permission to view, edit, or interact with your User Content based on the permissions you set. We are not responsible for the actions of users with whom you choose to share your lists.

4. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

VoicifAI Organizer/Shopping utilizes AI and ML technologies to provide advanced productivity features (e.g., smart categorizations, task suggestions, schedule optimization).

• Data Processing: You acknowledge and agree that your User Content and usage patterns may be processed by our AI/ML models to deliver these enhanced features.
• Anonymization: We may use anonymized and aggregated data derived from your usage to train and improve our algorithms. This data will never be sold to third parties or used in a way that personally identifies you.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

• You will not upload or share content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory.
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service or its underlying AI algorithms.
• You will not use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or viruses.

6. Subscription and Payments

While basic features may be offered for free, certain premium features (including advanced AI processing and expanded collaboration limits) may require a paid subscription.

• Billing: All subscription fees will be billed in advance on a recurring basis as per the selected plan.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of EU, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or by email prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
